Creamy sea food and holy hell perciatelli
This I just made very simple very delicious. Boil water, cook pasta set off to the side. In a sautee pan put about 2-3 table spoons of chopped panchette, cook about 1-2 min. Add shrimp and scallops. Cook about 3 min or until almost fully cooked add 1 tablespoon butter, cook another minute. Add heavy whipping cream bring to simmer. Add 1 tablespoon fresh shredded Parmesan cheese, stir, then add 1 red scorpion pepper. ( rated 1-1.4 million scolville units) toss pasta in pan coat in sauce. Remove and enjoy. Or cry some of you will!!!

Reduced fat and calorie, Garlic Cheesey Bread
Reduced Fat & Calorie Garlic Cheesy Bread
What you will need:
- 1 loaf french bread (fresh)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 4 cups grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons granulated or powdered garlic (more if you like)
- fresh or dried parsley
- fresh or dried basil
- Basting brush
- Baking sheet (Image Two)
Directions:
- Warm butter till it is near liquid state, don't worry if it does liquefy you can still use it.
- Mix garlic, parsley, and basil into butter till evenly distributed.
- Turn oven on to 400 F.
- Cut the loaf of french bread in half (see image one).
- Use basting brush to spread most of butter mixture over both halves of the bread, save a little bit.
- Turn face down (image one) on the baking sheet.
- Put in oven heated or not, wait about 5 minutes or until you smell garlic coming from the oven.
- Pull bread from oven, while hot flip the bread over it should be face up and there should be some butter on the pan.
- Brush remaining butter mix over the top and sides of the bread, just a light coat.
- Take cheese about 4 cups (more if you want) and distribute till covered and bake for another 5 min or until cheese is completely melted. (Image 2 & 3)
- Let cool and then cut into strips (Image 4). Serve with most any meal or as a snack or appetizer.
