Ramen Noodle w/sauteed mushrooms and onion

Kids love this stuff
Well as I said here is the lunch I made for my kids yesterday. In a 3quart pot, fill about 2/3 full of water put your noodles in, turn on to high. Move noodles around until they all separate and the water just starts to boil. Turn burner down to med-med hi heat. Strain off almost all of the water leaving just a little bit in the bottom, pour the noodles and water into a bowl. Put desired amount of butter, onion, mushrooms, and a pinch or dried parsley into the pan. Cook to slightly lighter than your desired color, then add the noodles, water, and seasoning packets into the pan mix well  cook and additional 1-2 min. Remove from pan to desired serving dish and enjoy.

Introduction

Hi everyone. My name is Mitchell Goodwin, and I have decided to start this blog to share my cooking creations that anyone can make. Unlike other cook books, sites and what not, you won't have to go to the store to buy everything for the recipe. This is because I am just like most of the people looking for a new way to make something to eat; and that is just simply broke, hungry, and tired of bland tasting food. With a few simple ingredients, and some times cheap tricks; I'm gonna tell you how to make great dishes that cost less than a trip to the McDonalds drive through. Some of them will even take less time. Time to make lunch for my kids in my tiny little apartment. The dish ramen noodles with onion and mushrooms, yum. Look for pics, instructions, and ingredients in the next post.
